The carpet dried quickly and had no carpet cleaning product odor. Also a big plus for me was that the service tech did not try to selll any additional services. He just gave me the service I asked for and did a great job. I will use them in the future.

They cleaned 2 area rugs that look so much better and a recliner that had stained looking arms. I didn't think the stains would come out but they did and BOY, that chair looks brand new. We were so pleased.

Devin did an amazing job on both our carpets and our furniture! Before arriving he gave us plenty of notice and was on time. He was super thorough in his walk-through, setting clear expectations of the work. Once he got started, Devin went above and beyond with his work. The outcome is that our carpet and rugs have never been cleaner and the upholstery looks nearly brand new. It's not would I use Zerorez again, but rather we will for sure!!
