I first used Zerorez in Arizona on the recommendation of a friend. We needed a company that would clean the remnants of a dog doing his marking where he shouldn't. I had used a couple of other local companies but none were able to get the stains out as well as I would have liked. Zerorez was able to accomplish it.
When we came to Bellingham, WA I wanted the same success on my carpets here. I knew Zerorez was a franchise, so I first called the company I used in AZ. Then I called the corporate office and got the names of the 3 WA franchises. The closest to Bellingham was listed near Seattle, so I called them, fully expecting them to say they didn't go to Bellingham. Much to my surprise, they did service Bellingham. It seems they have an outlet in Marysville. They were out within a 2 weeks and completed their work in about 2.30 hrs. They accomplished exactly what I had hoped for. The majority of the stains were gone with a few still very slightly visible, but not terrible. Far better than the other companies I have used in the past. I didn't need it, but I was told they are also able to remove smells and damage from the padding under the carpet.
Zerorez uses a different process for pet stain removal than other companies - it makes a difference.
Be prepared to pay far more than what they originally quote you. Pet treatment substantially ups the price, which they can't tell you until they see the damage. In both houses, I paid a little more than double the original quote -it was still worth it.

It was an effective remedy for what we needed after my cat knocked over an orange drink with Vital Reds mixed in. It left a stain I thought would never come out. But, whatever the Zerorez Tech did, it came out looking like new!! Wish I knew his name, but he was a great Representative of Zerorez and thier mission to help accomplish our needs!!

The associate that cleaned our outdoor furniture did a fantastic job, although some of the stains did not come out enough to our client's satisfaction. 95% of the dirt and stains did come out, and we were happy with it.

My carpet is so clean, soft, and fluffy after being shampooed by Zerorez. The staff are always prompt, thoughtful and thorough. I will not use any other carpet cleaning provider once I used Zerorez.

technician was early - called to make sure that was o.k. Mostly satisfied with the clean - were some water spots left from his cleaning - but I am fairly certain I can clean those up easily. Overall happy with the service and friendly and helpful techician.
