My 38 year old carpets look great; probably the last cleaning for them. Haha! The only negative is that they took nearly 24 hours to dry with fans and windows open. It may have been due to the carpet's age. I thought they would be dry by morning -- 12 hours later, given that your site states 4 to 10 hours.
Other than that, perfect experience!
