I really liked how timely, considerate, and thorough Alec was. I appreciated how he patiently explained everything he was going to do before he did it and why. It made the whole process so much easier to understand and appreciate. He couldn't do exact wall-to-wall because there is some heavy furniture, like the sofa, bed, dressers, etc., that couldn't be moved, but he did cover all the traffic areas, and he was even careful around my electronic devices, especially in my study where my computer is. The carpet is 38 years old, and it looks really good now. It wasn't badly worn or damaged from wear and tear, but it now looks - not as good as brand new, but 10 times better than before!!👍🤗 Definitely, will consider using your company again!
