Excellent results - courtesy and professionalism of service people. However when advertising a “special” do so for the actual amount do not add the environmental disposal of used water, etc. for an additional $25 when it’s time to pay. It’s like bait and switch

What I liked the best about Zerorez was the rep, Deandre Miller who did an amazing job. He was professional, eager to do a good job and over all a great human being. The carpets look so good after the cleaning which is wonderful as well.

My one negative feedback would be the 5 hour window. We had requested to be first in the list and had specially selected a day for this but it didn't happen.
