My only issue with the experience was with the call center. I made an appointment for Thursday but when I didn't get any reminder calls I called to confirm on Thursday morning. There was no record of my appointment for later that day. Fortunately there was an opening for Saturday and that appointment did happen.

I appreciated the follow-up call confirming the appointment. Also it was great the driver called me when he was 20 minutes out so I knew when he was coming. He was very detailed on the cleaning process. The carpets turned out great!
The technician was careful and courteous. Our "Fabrica" carpet with a "Juke" pad was not something that Jason was familiar with, so he took the wise course and checked in. That said a lot, he didn't want to "wing it" and see what happens. He was careful and did a good job. Our cream colored carpet was a fairly "light" clean, Jason said it was a "maintenance clean" except for the stairs. It turned our well. Next time we can probably give it a little more "zip" with less concern. We are pleased with the result.
