The service was so great, I actually remembered the name of the worker who worked on steam cleaning the carpet.
I give props to Lawrence, for his customer service and patience. He took his time while we went over 3000 square footage of carpet. With different problems and stains on the floor in each room.
Once everything was done, the carpet was fantastic. We just rented the place and they said they already steam cleaned the house. But after using Zerorez, the carpet was finally looking relatively close to new (considering its 20 years old).

One thing you can approve on though is advertisement. The text message I received from zero Rez says two rooms and the hallway for $110. That’s it. After calling to set this up you find out there is a $20 water something or other, fee and plus there is a minimum charge of $200 for my ZIP Code. So $110 goes up to $200 pretty quickly! If the water disposal fee is required, as well as a minimum charge, you should add that into the base price since it is required. You need to say that in the ad… Upfront. Pretty upsetting to expect one deal that is advertised, but given another.

The morning after we had our carpet cleaned we noticed a big area of our carpet that was missed.(?) So we called and they sent out a technician a few days later. We want to send our heart warm thank you's to the technician who came out to redo our carpet area. He did a wonderful job! Now our carpet is totally cleaned and looks the same everywhere
