The technician did a great job. I have fifteen year old dogs who have had more accidents than I knew. The carpets do look very clean now. On the other hand, this service was very expensive for two small bedrooms filled with furniture. Overall, great job.

Had are carpets and furniture cleaned and Kyle did an amazing job. He spent a lot of time an attention on our furniture as well as our carpet. Not like other companies that just do a rush job. He was very professional, honest and respectful. We have used Zerorez before and would highly recommend. I like being a loyal repeat customer but can us brand loyalty customers get a discount? Also can zerorez come up with a process that will help get traffic areas cleaner? (Like recommend customer soak those areas with some kind of cleaner 24-48 hours before tech shows up...? Also can zerorez come up with something that would provide a little bit of cleaner odor when done?
