The technician called before coming and said he had finished earlier with the previous client and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled 2-7pm slot. I was very happy to have him arrive sooner.
The technician did a good job at getting some very dirty areas clean again as my carpets are quite ancient!
One thing I would suggest to the technician is to change his protective shoe coverings more frequently, especially when moving from one wet carpet over my hardwood floors to the next rooms to be cleaned as the wet shoe covers left dirty marks all along my wood floors.

Devin, the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the process, and answered all my questions. The work done (hardwood floors, carpet, area rug) was done in a timely manner and care was taken throughout the process. Very happy with the results.

Our tech did a good job. Heavy traffic areas didn’t get totally cleaned. Do you offer a finish that protects from future stains? We weren’t offered that extra option.

You didn't let me no you changed the way you did your scrubber the last time you came here 2 years ago. You di you scrubber plus your cleaning the caret. So I don't think it took alot of the extra scrubbing it needed I was not told the changing of your service. So I am debating whether I will have you come again in the future.

I called around to MANY companies before deciding to use Zerorez. The customer service was amazing, as was the carpet cleaning of my apartment complex hallways & common areas. The service person who did our cleaning today, 9/13/23, Devon was a delight to work with. We were scheduled in the afternoon. Devon had some problems with his truck, but called me early in the afternoon to let me know he was running late. He was apologetic, professional and very polite with his communication. good competitive pricing for services. He called me a couple of times to update me on his expected arrival time which I also appreciated so I could use my time constructively until he arrived. He arrived late, but I preferred that to rescheduling as I had people moving into the rental in 2 days and needed time for carpet to dry before that.
When they arrived Devon and his assistant Jaycel were friendly, appropriately apologetic, and very polite and personable. It was a long day for them, but they had a very positive demeanor, as they approached me and the job. considering what a long hard day they had had, I was very impressed with his interpersonal skills and communication. He added another citrus precleaner to the service due to the late arrival time. again the lateness was out of their control, he kept me informed throughout the afternoon, and was cheerful and pleasant when he arrived. I think he is an excellent employee for you. they did a thorough job cleaning my carpets, they protected my newly painted walls and trims,
your pricing for carpet cleaning is competitive and that is why I am a return customer.

Our wall to wall carpet need some some serious work. When Zerorez finished, they were like new. They also took great care with testing the fabric on a few chairs to make certain that their cleaning process would not damage the fabri.
