I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the sectional was after cleaning and the peace of mind I have knowing all the "ick" is gone is great.

The carpets and sectional were thoroughly cleaned and look great. I knew the price ahead of time and we did a walk through before getting started so there was no surprise afterwards. I had never had furniture cleaned before, and while it is not cheap, it is a fraction of the cost of new furniture.

We had old, well worn and stained carpets cleaned by Zerorez with low expectations that we would see a great deal of improvement. The carpets looked great, but one had buckled in several spots by the next day. Still we counted ourselves lucky as they did look clean. As the carpet dried further, the buckling disappeared so now we can whole heartedly say we are 100% satisfied! Also Mike, your technician, was polite as well as efficient, friendly and handsome as well!
