My appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday 10am-2pm. However, someone called me on Saturday (around 10am) to confirm my 2-6 appt.? I questioned this but said 2-6 was fine. But then on Tuesday at 8:06 am someone called to confirm my 10am-2pm appointment. i told this person about the previous call and we agreed to stick with the 10am-2pm appointment. Just wanted to let you know so you figure out where the problem was. The tech called me an hour out as promised, which was appreciated, he was very professional, worked hard, explained the process (and trouble areas) and additional charges (I forgot our new house had 4 bedrooms not three) and did a great job! Thank you I plan to let my friends know about your service.
