Mike came to our boat on Friday, April 21st to clean our carpets. He was a little over whelmed but after taking a few minutes to get a game plan he started the process. He was so polite and extremely task oriented. He didn't take to long and told us everything in great detail that we should do and what to expect on drying time. Very Very nice young man. Wore his shoe covers and covered all the corners. Yes I will definitely recommend you and your company. Would love for you to clean our carpet in our condo in downtown Seattle - do you work on condos on the 4th floor

I just do not know how likely I can keep moving the furniture utilize any floor cleaning company. This is the only negative issue with me. But, Zerorez great a good job!

Courteous staff did an amazing job in a short time period
I liked that there were no chemicals, and that I could get my carpets cleaned without breaking the bank. My family doesn't make a lot of money, so getting carpets cleaned is a bit of a luxury. With that being said, it was so nice to come back to clean carpets that I wasn't tried to get upselled on with different treatments like alot of other carpet companies try to do with customers.
Alex was very friendly and made sure I didn't get overcharged, floor looks good and more importantly the cleaning got rid of the horrible spitup smell my new baby caused.
