Great Customer Service. Returned Calls, stayed in communication about scheduled appointment window, and arrival time.
I was able to change the area and / furniture that was to be cleaned once the crew arrived. Carpet is clean without any detergent or chemical smell, drying time was less than 2 hours. The crew was interactive, friendly and knowledgeable. I will use Zerorez again.

First of all, you were recommended by a friend that I fully trust - she'd very particular. :) Our wood floor does have some damage from chairs and will need to be redone. I was hoping your process might work for us, but I really appreciate the honesty of your staff when he told me what he could and could not do. I went ahead and had him clean the floor just because it really was needed - he was pleasant and did a very good job. We will be looking for options to do the other work. Thanks!

Technician was friendly yet professional. He listened to what was important to me and worked very hard to achieve the outcome I wanted. He was able to treat some very hard stains and I was thrilled with the results!! He even clarified whether the cats could go outside or not! I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Zerorez and have already begun recommending them to others.
