I was initially wondering about the company as my first 2 calls resulted in long waits on hold followed by a "leave a message." Eventually I got a call back and scheduling went smoothly after that. Michael arrived on time and we discussed the job at hand and estimated cost. He was honest in explaining what the process could and could not do for some heavy soiling of pet urine. He informed me of some other services the company offered but there was no pressure to buy in-much appreciated. I am well satisfied with the service provided and will use them again in the future.

My carpets look great! There had been a lot of stains, as the carpets had never been professionally cleaned before. Overall, the carpets look basically new again! A few stains reappeared a day or so later, but are much less apparent than they were. The two men who came were polite, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend!

Our horrible walk in closet carpet is actually fresh and clean and will give us the time we need before replacement can be planned.
