Technician was prompt and called en route. I love the chemical free cleaning. Technician accommodated some specific requests. Price was as quoted. Extra service was offered at the end (to clean my rugs) but no pressure to choose the service. I did send 3 big rugs for cleaning and microseal protective coat. They came back on time and looking brand new.
Your employees are professional and helpful. To me, your "edge" is you really leave the carpets dry and I know they will stay cleaner longer!

Even though the tech was half hour late he did a great job on our "dog accident" carpets. Appears stains are gone and feel the 3 rooms for $139 was a fair price.
