Eric from Zerorez cleaned our carpets this morning. He was on time, neat and courteous.
Eric walked us through the process with a visual demo of how the water cleaning process works. He then showed us an invoice with the pricing that was discussed on the phone - the numbers were just as discussed.
Eric made sure he understood exactly what we were expecting from the cleaning as well as clarifying the cleaning area. He even helped move 3 pieces of furniture - twice.
Upon completion Eric made sure we were satisfied with the result, collected payment (and a couple snacks and a soda, since he's a growing boy).
We were impressed with Zerorez for two reasons; the result and the caliber of employee.
