Fast friendly service

for the latest experience with carpets in my car, I appreciate that I could bring my car to the store and reduce the cost. It was only worth it for me at the reduced cost and I believe more folks would do this if it were advertised more. You might even acquire enough car service to create something like a drive thru service (if the price was right).

I was kept informed by the office about what time my tech would arrive and when he finally called and said he was 45 minutes away, he arrived in exactly 45 minutes. Very nice guy, great service and people ask if my 25 year old carpet is new! I LOVE this system and the company. Extra good customer service.

In addition to getting our carpets cleaner than any other company I've used, Anthony and his team go above and beyond to keep our neighbors happy too. Our business is open until 9 pm six days a week. Sunday we close at 6pm, and that is the only time that works to get the cleaning done by 9pm so the apartment residents next to us don't get fussy about the machine in the truck outside. Zerorez schedules additional staff to accommodate extra speedy service. Thanks Anthony, it's good to have happy neighbors.

Your service technition was very knowledgable, polite, paid attention to detail and offered services/ products without being pushy. The cleaning process itself was quick and the carpets look wonderful. I really appreciate that there were no harmful residues left on the rug from either the cleaning process or the protectant. I plan to have Zerorez come back in the spring to take advantage of some of the other services offered.

Heard about zerorez through an ad and there was no false advertising ~ great service! Only suggestion is it is really hard to directly get a hold of anyone on the phone.
