I like that you will clean my carpet with just hot water! We have two dogs and two cats, plus we live on a farm, and Zerorez always done a great job cleaning carpets for us! The technician, Austin, did a good job, was very concerned about safety, and wiped down doorknobs and so on after he had worked. Really appreciated Austin! First I like that the scheduling was easy and the person on the phone was very helpful. They gave me a time window and updated me on the day of, then they showed up on time. The carpets are clean and look great. There is no weird smell in the house after they were done.

Collin was very friendly and professional. Before beginning to clean, he walked through our home to survey any problem areas. He clearly outlined the procedures he would use to clean our carpets. Collin did an excellent job trying to get our carpets clean. So far so good, we’re hoping all of our spots will be gone forever. Collin explained that if any spots show up within 30 days he’d be happy to return to try again.

The carpets were very clean and you kept the appointment right on time which was very important to me. The sevice person was personable and knowledgeable!

overall it was good, however my expectations were to high. I expected that all areas of my carpet would be sparkly clean, but I was told that some areas had to much wear and was not able to extract all of the soiling equally because of wear and age. But was was sparkly and all had a nice fresh smell.
