My carpets no longer smell like pet urine

My puppy was very sick and peed on my carpets the smell was awful. your products took the smell out of my carpet and Ryan was wonderful. I will always use zerorez.

At first we were not pleased with the cleaning. We called to air our complaint that the cleaning crew didn’t do the job we expected. The very next day a manager from Kirkland came out to help us. He did a much better job and we are satisfied with the cleaning. Initial problems were the bathroom tile floor grout was not clean and spots were left on the carpet. The office staff was very cordial and willing to help us. The manager did a fine job and made us happy.

So far, so good. The carpet looks nice, the technician was on time, polite and efficient with our time.

My entry rug was so dirty and now every one who comes in recognize that it looks clean. Now I don't have to get a new one and I can keep my favorite rug. The representative also explained everything before he started cleaning.
