Collin took the time to explain the 3-step process to me in detail and assured me he would do a very thorough job, which he did! My carpets were beautiful and my whole house smelled amazing when he was finished! I already can tell a BIG difference in the way that I feel after having our carpets cleaned by Zerores! The pre-treat smelled wonderful, love the citrus smell. Like the idea of no chemicals are used to clean the carpet. So amazed how great my berber carpet turned out since last time was cleaned professionally was 12+ years ago. Smells so fresh and clean now. Technician was polite, respectful and informative. Within an hour, my carpet was dry.
I would highly recommend Zerorez and definitely will use them again.

It was amazing I will be using them again

The technicians are simply the best. Now that being said, I was luck to have the same technician both times, once at my Mom's house, and at my own home. Service was over a year apart, but the service was top-notch. The technician was super-top-notch; total professional; passionate about his work, careful inspection, assuaged me of any fears or concerns; and totally focused on the task at hand!
