The person who provided the service was excellent. He did have to help me move one piece of furniture, and did it with a smile. He fully explained the process and did a great job.

The end results are amazing

This was the first time I’ve used your company.
I did get conflicting information from the scheduler. When I booked my appointment I wanna given a window from 10am to 3pm. I was told I would receive a call the morning of the appointment which would be more specific. By 11:30am I had not received any calls so I called them. I was told the fellow was finishing up the job he was doing and he would call me when finished so I would know when he would be expected. Again, NO CALL! I did finally receive a call from him around 1:30pm when he was 5 minutes from showing up!! I’m not certain why there’s such a huge communication gap between the office and the technician, but I was disappointed and frustrated by the time the technician did show up! The technician was nice, but not apologetic!
I was told the carpet would dry within 6 hours, also. Not true....it took about 48 hours! I felt misled.

Fast and clean

I liked everything about working with Zerorez. From the easy to set up appointment to communication sent when the tech was on his way. Ryan was our tech that day and was great - explained the whole procedure. It was fast and I really appreciate the fact no chemicals are used and my house just smelled clean - not like a bunch of artificial fragrance. I Would recommend.

Prompt & professional service. Highly satisfied with the cleaning of my carpet and technician was attentive to my inquiries on removing stubborn stains. Two days later, I had a small dinner (no more than 5 people total) gathering & one guest asked if I had my carpet replaced! The carpet feels and looks very clean and I couldn't be happier!
