Great service!!!!

My technician, Jacob, was polite and professional. It was a pleasure to have him out to my home. I have never seen carpets cleaned so well and they are so incredibly soft after cleaning. (And no chemicals) I am shocked by the results and very impressed. I honestly will never use any other company.

The person who cleaned our carpeting was very knowledgable and professional. Also came with a mask and gloves because of the Covid 19. Very polite. He answered all of my questions (about various stains in the rug). He notified us about the time he would arrive at our home, and came on time. He did a wonderful job, cleaning the rugs in our master bedroom and bath and closet, hall, stairs, living room, and two bedrooms. Thank you!

The name says it all: zero residue is what I'm thinking anyway. I like that the formulation doesn't involve toxic chemicals and the nice citrus scent disappeared like the technician (Mike- wonderful and knowledgeable) said it would. I was very impressed by the company's CEO on Seattle Refined and Mike said he is exactly that way in person: nice, smart, full of integrity. And oh my goodness! The carpets look brand new- they are 10 years old and I have only had Stanley Steemer in the past, which did a pretty good job, but not like this! And they dried faster, too. All in all, super impressed!
