Great job cleaning the carpets

Last week I had Zerores come to my place for carpet cleaning. I had used other cleaners before but the last service was not up to par so I decided to try this company after all the good things I heard from TV and radio. Setting up the appointment was a bit difficult with long waiting times on the phone and glitches with the website but once Nathan came to do the cleaning, I was very pleased. He explained the process and was very professional and efficient. The carpets look very nice and they dried in less time than before. The cleaning material left no unpleasant odor. I will use Zerores again when I need carpets cleaned in the future.

I feel like the cleaning methods are thorough and there isn't excess residue left in my carpets after a treatment. They always seem effective, and stains don't automatically reappear as I've experienced with other cleaners (just new ones, thanks to pets and kids).

Always on time and does a great job every time. Until my senior dog goes to heaven we’re stuck with this carpet that’s 20yrs old. But Zerorez gets it so clean and always feels and smells so fresh afterwards. Love these people!

I am impressed with how soft the carpeting is . I am able to be on the floor for stretching during TV time knowing that the floor is clean and chemical free.

The service personnel was right on time, and was wearing a mask, was polite , and professional. He got right to work, and walk me thru the finished job, so that all was to my satisfaction. I have used Zerorez previously. Always excellent service. Technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He worked hard and when he was finished the carpet looked like it was new. He arrived on time. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Nathan did a good job and was very professional.

I do have two areas that will need additional work. One is in the master bedroom that has a lighter streak, and the other place is downstairs. The streaks were not visible until the carpet dried.

Next time you have appointments in my area in Lacey, you could stop by and just redo those two areas.

Carpets look great. Very professional crew.

Pros: I like the process of the chemical free cleaning. You don't soak the carpets and pad, which takes days to dry and will bring up any stains and smells that are in the pad. The carpet has a clean smell rather than a perfume smell, and I like that.
Cons: The specials seem like a good deal, but in actuality the "per room" is very small. So my final tab (which includes stairs and sometimes enzymes) will end up 3x the "special" because my rooms are large, hallways are 2 rooms, etc.
