I am very satisfied with the results. I was not happy about a $17.00 water treatment & disposal fee. No one mentioned that on the phone when I got a quote. And why wouldn’t you just add it to your three- room quote & make it $149.00. Very irritating to have an add-on like that, that wasn’t explained before hand.
Otherwise, fine job.

Our experience with Zerorez was very positive. We had all floors in our home cleaned which included carpet, hardwood and tile flooring. The technician showed up on time and called before arriving to let us know he was on the way. He was professional, pleasant, and answered all our questions about the process. He performed his work without delay and finished within the time frame we were told it would take. The floors in our home look great and we would definitely use Zerorez Puget Sound again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their floors cleaned, no matter what type flooring they have.

Our area rugs have not been professionally cleaned in 10 years. They now look colorful and back to their original brightness. After lots of spills from grandkids and accidents from a puppy, ZeroRez brought our area rugs back to life!!

I felt confident right off as the technician called us prior to their scheduled time to inform us that they were on their way.

Upon arrival they made an assessment, asked a lot of questions in regards to what we were looking for, took time to think what would be in our best interest.

Our carpets are super clean, puppy spots, pathway spots due to heavy traffic and carpet odors have been removed. Our carpets look new!

We also had treatment of our tile flooring in our washrooms. It’s incredible how utterly bright and clean they look now. Beautiful!

I liked everything about my Zerorez service. I knew at the get go my carpets were beyond looking like new ever again, but wanted an improvement. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was great. I was informed every step of the way when it was scheduled, and no cost surprises. No, the last is a lie. Because it was a shorter hallway and half stairs, the technician decreases our cost when he got here. Colin was a great technician. He was very friendly, and communicated really well. He was honest about what could and could not be done. My carpets look better than they have in years, and I am very happy with the value I got.
