Technician was very friendly. He looked over areas to be cleaned, explained what he would do to treat them, offered additional service for a problem area. I appreciate that he offered the service, but was not at all pushy (nothing turns me off faster than someone pushing me toward something I don't want or am not ready for). Thank you for excellent service! Several problems spots are now clean, and our carpet looks great!

Chris was very professional and personable! He did an excellent job with our carpets, both in terms of quality and speed. I really like that Zerorez relies on water for the cleaning so we didn't have any harsh chemicals in the carpets. That's especially important to us, since we have a 6 month old baby who crawls around our floors. I also really appreciated the commitment to our safety during the pandemic; Chris wiped down the knobs and doors that he came in contact with on his way our and wore a mask the whole time.

Best cleaning our carpets ever got - once we started using Zerorez!! No smell - important because my wife is very chemically sensitive! The carpets are not soaked when the tech leaves in fact, they are barely damp and they dry very quickly!!! We recommend Zerorez to everyone!!!

Zerorez does a great job, unlike other carpet cleaners there is no residue to collect dirt.
