Love how you clean carpets and upholstery without chemicals!

There is a blue stop on my carpet now. It looks like a bucket was set down sometime during my carpet cleaning. I did not get a receipt and would like you to send me one. Do you have any products that I can use on my own with a carpet brush to work on the deep spots that did not get spot cleaned???

At first we had a bit of a mess up with full information not being noted to the account, (my key was left under the mat in case the person got to my home before I would be back there) they were able to fix the Zerorez mistake and get someone out to my home later that afternoon.

Austin got there and got to work right away and his manager joined him to help the process go faster (again due to the earlier confusion). They finished in less than 2 hours from initial inspection to payment & leaving. Both Austin and his manager were friendly and Austin attempted to upsell on cleaning my area rug and accepted my decline with grace.

Carpets turned out nice and my area rug is so much brighter!

Excellent work. Matt was wonderful in taking out the pet urine stain. Very professional, adheres to Covid restrictions and even disinfected my door and before he left. And the price was less than the others I called. I’ll definitely call them again to do the rest of my house.

Appointment was arranged and reminders set up in organized manner. Had 3 rooms done. All is beautiful and clean. We had a lot of pet stains in our 30 year old carpet. I'd rather have the pet stains managed than have to put in new carpet. The extra work leaves a bit more moisture, but we left fans on and all was dry at end of next day. Thanks for excellent work!!

I like that there’s no chemicals and my carpets come out really clean. The techs update me about their arrival times. They also seem to recommend additional treatments only when necessary; they don’t oversell. And emails about their products and sales don’t appear too often.
