Of course I like the fact that no chemicals were used to clean my carpets. Matt was thorough and worked in a very timely manner. He skillfully answered any questions I had that helped me understand the machinery and the cleaning process. My carpets are 20 years old but look almost new again.

I love that zero chemicals are used and that the services are affordable. This is especially true now that we are home more due to Covid and I am no longer working.

I am very happy with the way my carpets look and the speed of the workers.

I was very impressed at the service and cleaning of my carpets. But the smell in my bedroom has come back after three days. It was very pricey for that to happen. Don't know if the deep cleaning really works. Sorry for the complaining but it should smell clean.

Friendly, knowledgeable techs and my carpets are refreshed without the use if harsh chemicals.
