Carpet got much cleaner than I expected. Techs were very polite, wore masks and gloves, and shoe coverings. Did excellent job. Was a little more expensive than other companies I've used, even with pet special. Otherwise, no complaints at all...geat.

I like the fact you can see the dirt coming out of the carpet. That indicates my carpet is getting cleaned. In past cleans, I would wonder if my carpet was getting cleaned. You only saw the machine going over the carpet with water and soap. Nothing was being pulled out of the carpet. I would definitely have you come back in the future.

I like not having the extra chemical residue in my carpet and still feeling my carpet is clean and sanitized!

My carpets turned out great, the only thing I was disappointed with was I had pet cleaner put on my rug and after it dried I still smell it.
This was my main reason for the cleaning.

I also had 2 other rooms cleaned and they turned out good. 1 room had a lot of stains. After it was cleaned the spots were gone and my carpets feels good to walk barefoot on.

I love that chemicals are not used as the cleaning solution. That ZeroRez uses a PH water that does the cleaning. Also, the technicians are always respectful of the home and very knowledgable. THANK YOU!

Unfortunately I had some pet issues that were actually starting to make my house smell. Called Zerorez and after hearing the process they use I thought this was the only solution. They did a incredible job.

AJ did a great job! He was through and professional and very knowledgeable.

Our carpets look like new and our sectional looks great as well. The guy who did the work was nice and friendly. No fumes from chemicals. I like what they did for us.

Nathan was great but the stain we wanted out was actually made much worse. Once it dried we saw a remarkable worsening of the stain. I think we need some chemicals to take it out.

Maybe not the most cost effective but definitely reliabIe. have recommended Zerorez to several neighbors. In my most recent experience some flowers in a planter by the front door were damaged by a hose. No complaints about the quality of the service nor the technician.

Your team did a great job and my carpet is fresh and spotless, even with two cats that occasionally leave their mark with hair balls. They were knowledgeable and respectful. One suggestion- have your staff put those shiny squares under the legs of furniture or leave them for the resident to do so to protect the damp carpet and any furniture that wasn’t able to be moved.
