I received text messages to let me know when my technician, Jalan Glover, would arrive. He actually arrived early due to some cancellations but this was not a problem.
Jalan was friendly and courteous while we briefly talked before and after he completed the outdoor treatment. I promptly received the follow-up email that included the detailed report about the treatment. So, thanks again for the great service!

Tech Kaurice Lopp does excellent job and always remembers to park on the street, not in my driveway.
Jason does a great job. We've not had many bugs in the house. We still occasionally catch a mouse inside though. Jason is very thorough which we appreciate.
