My technician is always good about letting me know when he is going to arrive at my location. Then when he gets there, he lets me know that he has arrived. He does an excellent job of surveying my property and treating areas that might need attention. He takes photos of areas that need to be presented to my attention, and he lets me know what all he covered. I am very thankful that he has been my technician for several years now and he knows my property very well.

The service is fab and is seamless
Service is very good. The Terminix technician, Wayne, communicates when he is coming, when he is here and reports service promptly. He is responsive to special requests (sticky traps, removing wasp, hornet or mud daubers and nests. I do not like being called by other Terminix representatives who try to sell additional service.
