I want protect my house from termites
Steph is wonderful. And after nearly 50 years, we now have an agreement with Terminix that actually takes care of some of our problems. Pests, roaches, spiders, and ants. Before we were on an annual termite deal that was over $400.00 a year. Our house sits on a concrete base and is bricked. We have never had a termite problem. But after one of the Terminix employees told us about another relationship to Terminix, it actually saved us money and put things around the house to keep out the pests we were dealing with. I'm a 70-year-old caretaker for my 93-year-old father who built this house over 50 years ago. When I came here, I thought it was crazy that we were paying over $400 a year and really wasn't getting anything from it. Now we know. And things are much better. Steph is patiently waiting for me to get the inside of the house together for her to come in a treat the inside, but she has treated the outside of the house twice and that has really helped. Terminix can be more than just a termite company, that's what I wanted. I wanted to know that they could help with the actual problems we had as opposed to something that we have never had a problem with. I feel much better knowing that I still have a Termite Bond and pest control and my bill annually is less expensive. Good Company.
