I gave you a 10 because of Roger. He is the nicest, kindest guy and always is so easy to work with. He calls you right back if you call him with any problem. And usually shows up the same day or the next if you have a serious problem. He is a great employee for Terminex.

I used Terminix for at least 15 years. I received a bill and it went to my spam. I paid it the week after his visit and 3 days later I had a text and letter saying it was going to collection.
That seems way over the top and I wish you didn’t treat your regular customers who Never paid late like that!

Terminex is on time, does the job quickly and efficiently and is always respectful of my house and property.
Our Technician, Richard Culpepper, is great! He has been servicing our site for 5-6 years now, maybe longer, and ever since we have had no issues. Prior to Richard, it was a revolving door for Technicians and pests. If Richard was to leave Terminix, I'd follow him.

Cedric is always a great help. As someone who absolutely hates any and all bugs, he is patient and kind and reassuring. We notice a huge difference once he leaves. I’m just grateful for his help.
Everyone has been friendly and professional, they make you aware of additional services but don't push you into purchasing anything more. I also like that we generally have the same technician every time so we can get to know each other and they become familiar with our home and specific needs.
