My customer service rep is the best. He always lets me know in advance when hi is coming and goes beyond his duties to make sure my needs are satisfied. I have lots of cats that he has to work around and he handles it like a trooper! Robert Wilmer is number onebb CB in my book!

I had a very good experience with our recent service. The Service Technician notified me of his pending arrival in plenty of time so that I was able to unlock the gates in advance. The Service Technician was also very professional and checked with me before beginning the service to make sure that any potential problems were addressed. In this case, it was checking for fire ants which he indeed found and treated. Great job!

Our technician, Danny, is friendly, professional and thorough. He checks in advance if an appointment date is okay with us. He texts us when he is on the way to do our service and when he completes the service. He does a great job.

Our Terminix technician, Daniel Chai, did his usual excellent job of inspection and preventive treatments. Before his visit, he had texted to request the scheduling of his visit. During his visit, he was informed of a neighbor's report of termites swarming. He replied that such swarms cannot be prevented, and that he had not previously found evidence of termite infestation on our property. After his visit, Danny provided a full report of his findings and actions, including finding no evidence of termite infestation.
These visits have been very effective, and reassuring to me as a homeowner. Excellent work!

Our technician - Edwin Renaud - is very thorough and listens to our needs.
My one complaint to the Company is the pricing. It keeps getting more and more expensive - and it changes without any prior notice. After the service is completed - I get the bill and it's more expensive than the last time.

We have had Terminix services for a number of years at my primary residence. When I became caretaker of my sister’s house, I immediately recommended Terminix to her. We both have been very happy with not only the service & knowledgeable staff but with the security of knowing who & when someone is arriving at the residence. Thank you for that extra touch of safety.
