The primary reason for rating Terminix with a score of 10 is due to the gentleman who services our account Mr. Mike Verzi. He is both knowledgeable and very professional young man. He takes time to explain to the customer exactly what he recommends and is doing to protect our home from mice, insects and other rodents. The service was exceptional; He is always just a text away should we have any questions or require immediate service. He even covered his shoes with slip-ons as to not track in dirt in the house thereby savings my marriage. :) Thank you, Manny
Always on time very nice gentleman
The technician came on time, was courteous and professional, and was able to spray around the house even though there was snow on the ground. Fortunately, the base of the house had no snow, so he could spray without any problem.
The technician was very knowledgable and professional. He checked the whole house for signs of the sugar ants. Its been 2 days and we already arent seeing as many as we were.
Out Tech, Silvio is always very professional and thorough. We have two dogs and he communicates very well with us to make sure we keep our dogs in while he completes the exterior service.

Technician responded promptly and treated for ants. However, the ants are still in our home after a week. I understand that treatments are not always successful on the first attempt. Therefore I will wait until they can follow up with subsequent visits before I can provide final feedback on service.

Both guys that have came to my place have always been very promt on replys and staying in touch about the up coming visit to service, always ask about any thing i m having problems with and i ve felt very comfortable with them communicating my pest control concerns.
