I have never had any problems at all with my Terminix inspections. I like not seeing any bugs in or around my house. The inspections never interfere with my plans for the day. I get a report when they are thru. Can't get much easier than that.
My home is almost totally bug and termite free. A few wander in and die.

My husband recently passed away and I initially requested we skip this scheduled service. However, a representative for Terminix, subbing for my regular serviceman, showed up at the house and performed the service anyway. I imagine wires got crossed somewhere and, since I wasn't home when the service occurred, I couldn't stop it. I would, however, prefer a service check-in from now on so that I can insure that pets are inside the house, etc.
