Great quarterly general service. No bugs ever get in my house. Special free inspections where thousands of dollars of fixes are recommended doesn’t work for me, however. I am able to distinguish between the two and will keep and recommend the general service.

My main reason is the excellent service I received from Hayden Severe. He was extremely professional and personable, explaining each step of the Terminix procedures, carrying my suspect (for moths) Norfolk Island pine to my deck, bringing new moth catchers when needed, and checking every possible space for moths during each visit. He is a definite asset to Terminix.
Pleased with our service from Brandon. If we have any issues, he comes out and puts down whatever is needed.
