Our technician Jared is such a great representative of your company. He is so accommodating with regard to scheduling his service visits. I live 6 hours away but handle all of my sister's responsibilities due to her dementia. Jared is kind to Donna when he's there and very thorough, informing me of any "red flags" that he notices.
