We, including many family members have had Terminix service for years. I have had the service since, i believe, 1991. We trust no one else. Our Tech , Roosevelt is awesome! Always helpful, very focused on the services he performs, knowledgeable , listens to our needs, keeps us informed, and most of all a pleasant person. He’s a keeper!

I get a notification that Jared is coming, about what time and the service that is being performed. When he shows up we discuss what he will be doing and he asks if there are any issues or concerns i may have. When he is done i get an immediate review of what he did, what he found and that everything looks good. l appreciate his services.
Deshon is a very thorough technician.
The terminix man Mark S. arrives, goes about cleaning and treating insect areas on the outside of my home. He does not interrupt or bother the family living inside, just treats for insects termites. The service is appreciated.

I have had great customer service through the years. The service tech Daniel B has been to my home for years. He is very professional. He explains exactly what he will be doing and always asks me if I have any issues and or questions.
Representative taught me about spiders.
The tech Tim is always so friendly and great. He asked me if there are any pest concerns that I have and let me know that he will address those concerns. He asks me if I want him to knock/ring door to let me know he is done or if I’d rather him text me that he is finished, and he let me know that he would notify the correct people regarding the squirrels. Great service!
My pest control technician, Antonio is the best! He is always extremely helpful and helps answer any questions or concerns I have. He’s great at giving us recommendations whenever necessary. We truly appreciate him and his hard work.

On time, efficient and successful
I’m always looking for a balance between price and value. My plans kep going up in price and being on a fixed income, I have to consider alternatives. Nine is a strong score, showing I still think there is value with my plan, but I am questioning that decision

After moving to my new home, I was thankful to know that my same technician, Michael Houge, would still be managing my new home for pest control. He’s absolutely the best and is most professional and kind-hearted. I appreciate his service.
All of your technicians are well trained. However, when I call in, the staff on the 800 line appear to be clueless about appointments. They need to have better/more access to what the customer sees. We had an appointment for Thursday and when I called about it he had no clue and told me it was not scheduled. Obviously he was looking at different data than I was since I was logged into MY ACCOUNT and it was in there.
This also happened the iirst time your technicians came out. They were supposed to come out in a few days and they showed up on a different day. Lucky for us since we had an open house to sell our home and we had carpenter ants. Again, the technicians were knowledgeble and hard-working.
