Terminix always give me a heads up as to when they are coming, always ask if there are any issues, arrive on time and their treatments keep my home insect and rodent free. They do a fabulous job, keep you informed as to any issues they see and stand behind their work. Great company with fantastic staff. I have used them for years they are the BEST!!!!
The older gentleman that came to my home and sprayed the house was very informative. He was kind and a hard worker. Explained everything and ensured my home was properly treated. I have 2 friendly dogs and he was even kind to them because they get excited when people come to house. When I called about initially setting up services, the woman I spoke to was helpful and helped me get the right service to protect my home from pests within my budget. They were able to get someone out quickly to start treatment process. Terminix arrived at my home in the time frame they provided. Overall, I am pleased with the service so far.
