Technician was on time.......Slipped covers on his shoes upon entry to our house...........Was efficient, knowledgeable, competent, courtious.....worked tirelessly with no breaks..........had styrofoam pads for every piece that had to be placed back on the finished carpets.........Discussed firm price before beginning the job (Was as per my phone discussion with booking agent)............no high pressure tactics to upgrade services..........carpets were dry to the touch within 2 hours.........dry for furniture placement in 10 hours, but waited 24 hours just to be sure..........no unpleasant smell..........carpets looked great.....would highly reccomend
