We’ve heard a lot about Zerorez so we thought we give them a try. It was easy to get an appointment on the day I wanted. They also sent out a reminder and confirmation before our scheduled appointment.
Randy came on time and was kind, friendly and professional. He walked with me around our home and explained the process to me. He also answered any questions I had and addressed my concerns. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, not just with the cleaning process, but with carpeting in general. Our carpets look brand new!! We are very pleased and would highly recommend Zerorez.
