Easy to schedule. Text updates for appointment confirmation/ communication makes it easy. My carpets are cleaner than they have looked after other companies have cleaned them. The technician, Donna B., was prompt, friendly, and provided Disney level customer service.

First, when I booked an appointment.... your rep told me what to expect.... she gave me the date and said that within a day or two, I’ll be given a 3 hour window. And I was. And she said I’d get a call 15 minutes before the tech arrived..... and I did. Tech (Nate)...couldn’t have been nicer. Honest and helpful and worked hard. And my carpet looks a ton better. Very good experience.

The use of steam to clean. Bumper guards on all of the corners. Disposal of waste water at a controlled location. Very professional service given be your employee, Mariah.

Great service, price & techs!!

The technician (David) was very polite and clean. Put his booties over shoes and took them off each time he went out to truck. He explained everything that he would do before he began, asked if we had any questions. When he finished he showed photos he took of the ducts before they were cleaned and afterwards. Can't say whether job was good or not, don't know if price was worth it or not, only time will tell.
