Our Tech, Mariah was fantastic. Very professional and kind. We were pleased with the services that we received. Just a comment, I thought that the deodorizer would have had more of a scent than it did. However, that being said, i believe that the carpet felt clean and soft when it was completed. Dried in a timely manner as well. Dont completely know what we paid the extra 150.00 dollars for. Is it for a protectant that was put on the carpet? Also, would have liked a paper receipt at time of purchase to state exactly what was done and what type of guarantee I have with my purchase. Thank you First name removed Kreuzer
