The people that came by were friendly, knowledgable, and very clear with what they were doing. I work from home and was pleased that I was able to go about my day as they cleaned the ducts. I appreciated seeing before and after photos AND I was thrilled when they found one of our long-lost keys! Zerorez did a great job, and I will be happy to recommend them.

Outstanding service! The technician showed up at the appointment time. He was courteous and took great care of my home (corner protectors, etc.). He explained in detail what work was recommended for the carpets based on my pet issues, along with advice in caring for the carpet. He explained the difference in carpet materials and went over the cost for each area. Best part - the carpets look brand new!!
