This is the second year of having Zerorez in our home. The carpets look amazing! The feel of carpets after cleaning was soft and like brand new.

Our service technician, Nat, was caring, respectful, and excellent in sharing information concerning spot treatments, reviewing the rooms, and suggesting additional services to ensure we would be happy with the results.

Nat also respected our home with floor coverings and guards around the corners to prevent unwanted damage. He was aware of our cats and carefully attached the front door covering to prevent them from "leaving" unexpectedly. You are so fortunate to have him on your team!

Seth was a great technician. Our 15+ year old carpets look fabulous! He also recommended cleaning our front hall tile grouting....it hasn't looked that good since we installed it! Very good job...highly recommend! Ann Kelly

Our technician, Lance, was amazing! He literally got down and smelled the carpet to find the urine spots. He explained everything he was going to do. There was no pressure to pay for anything we didn't want. He was professional, and very friendly. We will absolutely be using Zerorez, and Lance, in the future!

The solution used to clean our carpets is so much better. We have an older cat that won't
use the litter box and this is a real challenge right now for us. Jesse recommended the
Zero-Stink which I have already used and it is great for those accidents. Jesse cleaned
our downstairs carpets in a professional and reasonable amount of time, he was so
knowledgeable and explained about the different cleaning options available to us.
