Our service person, Donna, was friendly and answered all my questions. Our carpets look better (and clean) after Donna finished her work! Our carpets are 8 years old and went through kids and raising a puppy, but they don’t look it after zerorez! When we replace our carpet, I will call again for annual maintenance!
