It's absolutely a pleasure to work with Jesse, Rachael and the team at Zerorez. Their customer service is amazing, their results are phenomenal, and, most importantly to me, their ability to adapt to our needs with same day and sometimes helter-skelter scheduling makes my life easy. I would give the technician a 10. Very professional and explained everything, and worked very hard.
I do think the price still slightly too high. Which is why I gave it a 9 overall.
