Technician was very polite, friendly, answered questions and worked quickly. equipment was lacking - door cover was very poor with rips and not good fasteners to hold it in place. Scheduling was not done well. I was told 2-4:00, luckily I was home (he arrived at 1:15) and he was told 8-6:00. I would have missed him any earlier.
36 hours later there are still a couple of spots that are not dry??!! but easy to step over since I know where they are

The product is great...carpets look good and feel good. The technicians are well-versed in stain removal, are so friendly and are passionate about doing the best work possible.

Vance explained exactly what he was going to do to get out the tar spots that were scattered across the living room carpet. He was so accommodating and did an excellent job of accomplishing his goal. This was the second time that I used the services of Zerorez and, in both cases, was completely satisfied. Best of all, the carpet dried quickly without any soapy residue. Have no doubt that I’ll have them return a third time.
