We had an appointment scheduled with another company and they cancelled on us the day before. My husband was looking into your company at around 5:00pm and we had an appointment scheduled for the next day within minutes even though you supposedly closed at five. We were moving into a new house so we had to have it done that day before all our furniture arrived. Donna was great from the moment she arrived, even before, calling to let us know when she would arrive. She explained everything very clearly, told us what to expect and didn’t do anything before telling us and making sure we understood completely. She didn’t try to sell us services that wouldn’t help our situation and recommended services that would. We could tell she knew her job well and we trusted her to do what we needed. She got right to work and did a great job and even showed us the results as she went along to make sure we were happy with them. Zerorez came through for us at the last minute when another company let us down. Thank you so much.

Customer Service at Zerorez is top notch. I thought I had an issue with the services rendered at the property I had recently vacated. So, I contacted Zerorez on Saturday and had spoken with Stephanie, who was kind and understanding; and, who escalated my call quickly to the appropriate personnel. On Monday morning, I received a call from Rachael Kulka, Director of First Impressions and Assistant Manager of Zerorez of Pittsburgh, who went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She made me a priority and had taken the time to investigate where my experience had gone awry. With her help, she and I were able to come to a resolution; and to my relief, the truth had come to light. I felt comfortable talking to her because she was able to relate on all levels. The world is in such a hurry and dismissive towards the human element that sometimes all it takes is for an individual, or in this case individuals, to stop and take the time and extend compassion to change a bad situation into a better one.
