Very professional person. His name was Lance Cain. He was a great personality and never stopped doing the Job. He talked to us prior to the job to make sure everything was what we had discussed on the phone. He pretreated first and then cleaned the rugs. Cleaned up after the job. We asked about getting our air ducts cleaned and he gave us a name who would be the best for the job. We are certainly considering this. Lance did such a fantastic job I would have him back to my house to clean my rugs again.

Carpet and upholstery seem to dry faster than other services I’ve tried. The shoe covers are a nice touch, too.
