Dante Giordano was on time, polite & considerate of my home. He put booties on each time he entered and removed them each time he left. The process was explained, in detail, as he followed me around while I showed him what I'd like to have cleaned. A quote was given, which I approved before he started, and it was exactly the same at the end. No hidden costs, no surprises. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. It's been a few days and the carpets still look and smell as fresh as the day they were cleaned. I will use Zerores services, specifically Dante Giordano, again and again.

Environmental friendly products used. No heavy detergents which leave residue. A fresher cleaner experience.
They were in and out of here in 1 hour. Carpet was real dirty because of pets and my own Bissel carpet cleaner had broken 6 months ago. They called when they were on the way. They came with 2 employees, they were friendly and did a great job. I got the Biological #1 treatment because of the pets. Carpet was clean and There was NO Chemical Oder when they left.
