I had a wonderful experience with Alec. He called when he was close, explained everything and was very kind. My kids drilled him with lots of questions and he was kind and fun with the kids when I don't he didn't have to be. Fast and did a great job

Carter from zerorez cleaned my carpets. He did a great job. After a couple days I noticed there were still two spots on my living room carpet. The bedrooms and steps looked awesome but not thrilled with the living room. I called zerorez and explained my situation. To my surprise Marc came out and took care of those two spots. This is why I use and recommend zerorez. Thank you Carter and Marc.
